Who we are
This website is operated by Shootup Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly, through the forms on this site:
- Contact and enquiry forms — name, email address, phone number, and the service or location you select.
- Career application form — name, email address, phone number, the role applied for, and your resume file.
We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How we use your information
Form submissions are sent by email to our team so we can respond to your enquiry or application. We do not store enquiry or application data in a separate marketing database. Resume files submitted through the Careers page are emailed to our hiring team and then deleted from our server — we do not retain a copy after sending.
Cookies
This site may use essential cookies required for basic functionality (such as keeping you logged in to the client dashboard, where applicable). We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.
Third-party services
Where we use third-party services to run this website — such as our email delivery or hosting provider — those providers process data only as necessary to deliver that service, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, use our contact page or email us directly.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
