Founder, Shootup Media · born Sikandar Kumar, 2001Maniv Romeo is a digital strategist and entrepreneur originally from Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, now based in Noida. He founded Shootup Media, and also leads Shootup Career, an education platform for digital roles, and Awaaz Jharkhand, a community initiative for his home state.
He completed his BCA in Computer Science at Nims University (2021–2024), after schooling at D.A.V. Public School, Ranchi. He identifies as a coder, trader and marketer, with a focus on brand growth and conversion-focused web design.
He has delivered 100+ projects and is recognized as one of Jharkhand’s youngest entrepreneurs and a young leader in the state’s digital marketing space.
